2012 LA Watts Summer Games

Hosted By the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce
June 9th, 10th and 16th 


 
The Games were created in 1968 as a positive response to the 1965 Watts Riots. The mission of the LA Watts Summer Games is to build bridges of understanding among high school youth by promoting positive interaction, respect and achievement through spirited competition. This year there will be seven sports featured in the LA Watts Summer Games – Girls’ and Boys’ Soccer, Girls’ and Boys’ Lacrosse, Girls’ and Boys’ Volleyball, Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball, Football (passing league), Softball, and Golf.
